SEC Storied "Abby Head On" Premieres May 15
ESPN Films’ SEC “Storied” series continues with Abby Head On, premiering Wednesday, May 15, at 8 p.m. ET on ESPNU. The film chronicles Abby Wambach’s soccer career thus far, from high school standout to a U.S. women’s national team star only four goals away from breaking Mia Hamm’s all-time international scoring record.

SEC And ESPN Announce New TV Network
The Southeastern Conference and ESPN have signed a 20-year agreement through 2034 to create and operate a multiplatform network, which will launch in August 2014, it was announced today by SEC Commissioner Mike Slive and ESPN President John Skipper.

Lifelong Friends Make College Transition

Missouri head soccer coach Bryan Blitz could feel the momentum building around his program entering the 2008 campaign. G. Guerrieri is in his 20th season as the head coach of the Texas A&M women’s soccer program, having led the Aggies to 17 consecutive NCAA Tournaments and a combined 12 Big 12 regular-season and tournament championships. In its first season in the Southeastern Conference, Texas A&M currently holds a 12-2-1 record and leads the SEC Western Division.

Amy Pseja arrived in Tuscaloosa in 1994 fully understanding both the responsibility and the opportunity that lay before her. SEC Soccer At 20: 2001 Mississippi State
To this day, the 2001 Mississippi State soccer team remains the most successful squad in the history of the program. The ’01 Bulldogs’ Southeastern Conference Western Division title remains the only SEC crown of any kind for MSU women's soccer, but there may not have been many people outside of Starkville who foresaw the success of that team 11 years ago.
