ATLANTA - CSS, the regional sports channel focused on sports throughout the south, has announced it will continue to strengthen its coverage of the SEC by combining the broadcasts of seven live SEC football games during the 2011 season with a schedule of programming around SEC teams.
The live seven-game schedule kicks off with Elon at Vanderbilt on September 3 at 7:30 p.m. ET. Live coverage continues the following two weeks with UConn at Vanderbilt on September 10 and Troy at Arkansas on September 17.
CSS's offers comprehensive coverage of the SEC throughout the season with in-depth analysis and candid discussion each week on Talkin' SEC Football each Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. where expert college analysts give their insight on each upcoming matchup. The show is hosted by Tony Barnhart, Mark Schlabach, Bob Neal and Brady Ackerman.
In addition, CSS provides viewers a chance to take a deeper look at their favorite SEC teams with original programming such as the Dawg Report, coaches shows and regularly scheduled replay times of a number of key games each week. This year CSS has introduced an all-new fast-paced, fact-based show focused completely on college football, College Football Fix, which will air Mondays and Fridays at 6:30 p.m. ET during the fall.
