    • Jones led LSU to three wins in four games last week, batting .500 (7-for-14) with one double, one homer, seven RBI, three runs and one stolen base … Jones paced to the Tigers to an SEC series victory at Ole Miss, hitting .417 (5-for-12) in three games with one double, one homer, seven RBI, two runs and one stolen base.
    • Jones was 3-for-5 with a double, a three-run homer and a career-best five RBI in Sunday’s 12-3 win over the Rebels that clinched LSU’s first series victory in Oxford since 2004 … his two-out, two-RBI double in the second inning Sunday gave the Tigers a 2-0 lead, and his three-run dinger in the sixth, also with two outs, punctuated a five-run LSU outburst.
