    Five SEC Teams In Preseason WBB Coaches Poll

    The preseason USA TODAY Sports/ESPN Top 25 women’s basketball coaches poll was announced today, with five SEC teams being ranked and three others receiving votes.  Kentucky was the highest ranked at No. 7 with Georgia (11), Texas A&M (12), Tennessee (16) and Vanderbilt (17) also making the Top 25.  Also receiving votes was South Carolina, LSU and Arkansas.

    The SEC Coaches Preseason Poll will be announced next week on November 6 with the season slated to begin on Friday, November 9. SEC teams are in bold.
