    SEC Announces 2014 Men’s Basketball Schedule

    Birmingham, Ala. – The Southeastern Conference unveiled the 2014 men’s basketball composite league schedule on Tuesday.

    Each of the 126 games will be available to be seen from anywhere in the nation. ESPN or ESPN2 will televise 31 contests, ESPNU 18 and CBS Sports six.  Additionally, eight games will be offered on ESPN3. The SEC’s games on ESPN platforms are exclusively branded as the “SEC on ESPN.”

    The SEC Network (over-the-air syndication) will televise 40 intra-conference games while Fox Sports Net will show 13 contests and CSS 10. All 63 games will also air nationally on ESPN3.

    All of the games included in the ESPN package (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3, SEC Network, Fox Sports Net and CSS) will be available through WatchESPN, accessible online at WatchESPN.com, on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app, through ESPN on Xbox LIVE to Gold members and on Apple TV to fans who receive their video subscription from an affiliated provider. Each of the CBS Sports games will be streamed on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports mobile app and mobile website.

    The SEC Network will also produce and distribute a studio show each Saturday afternoon during conference play and at the SEC Tournament.

    The SEC Basketball Tournament semifinals and championship game will be broadcast nationally on ABC. The SEC Network will televise the tournament games on Wed. and Thurs. in addition to the Friday night games. ESPNU will televise the two afternoon games on Friday at the tournament which this year will be played March 12-16 in Atlanta, Ga.
