Christion Jones returned two kicks for touchdowns as the top-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide cruised past Virginia Tech 35-10 on Saturday in Atlanta.
Less than two minutes into the game, Jones returned a punt 72 yards for a score. In the second quarter, Jones returned a kickoff 94 yards for another touchdown.
Jones also caught a touchdown pass in the game, a 38-yard strike from A.J. McCarron in the third quarter that provided the final margin.
Alabama's defense gave up only 212 total yards to Virginia Tech, including only 59 yards passing
