Quarterback Austyn Carta-Samuels accounted for three touchdowns as Vanderbilt pounded Austin Peay 38-3 on Saturday night.
Carta-Samuels had two touchdowns on the ground and one through the air as Vanderbilt scored 38 points in the first half en route to the easy victory.
Vanderbilt dominated the FCS Governors, rolling up 442 yards of offense to just 139 for Austin Peay. The Vandy defense held APSU to just 54 passing yards in the game.
Jerron Seymour and Brian Kimbrow each had a rushing touchdown for the Commodores in the game.

Receiving - Ladarius Chatman, 3 receptions, 19 yards

Vanderbilt is now 16-1 all-time against FCS opponents.
This was the first matchup between the schools that are less than 50 miles apart.
Vanderbilt's 38 points in the first half are the most since 1999, when the 'Dores scored 38 in the first half against the Citadel.
