OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss hosted Arkansas on Saturday afternoon, and the Rebels sent the Razorbacks packing with a 34-24 win at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. Bo Wallace threw for over 400 yards on the day for Ole Miss (6-3), tallying a pair of touchdown passes in the process.
As a team, Ole Miss outgained the Razorbacks (3-7) by over 200 yards, and Wallace’s big day was a primary reason for that. Donte Moncrief had a big day catching the football for the Rebels with seven receptions for 149 yards and a score, while Ja-Mes Logan hauled in 110 yards and a score on five catches.
Arkansas running backs Jonathan Williams and Alex Collins combined for over 100 yards on the ground, but neither back was able to find the end zone in the loss. Brandon Allen was held in check by the Ole Miss defense, throwing for 193 yards to go along with two touchdowns and an interception as well.
Wallace finished the afternoon with 407 yards through the air to go along with three touchdowns and one interception. The Rebels also found moderate success on the ground, complementing their potent passing attack with 115 rushing yards.
