    Alabama Rolls Past LSU, 38-17

    Alabama scored the last 21 points of the game en route to beating LSU 38-17 on Saturday evening in Tuscaloosa.

    LSU tied the game at 17-17 early in the third quarter before Alabama put together a 14-play scoring drive that ended with a T.J. Yeldon four-yard touchdown run. The Tide added two more scores in the fourth quarter to win comfortably.

    Yeldon led the Tide with 133 yards rushing and a pair of touchdowns. A.J. McCarron had 179 yards through the air and three touchdown passes.

    Alabama remains unbeaten and controls its own destiny in the SEC's Western Division.

    Alabama leads the series between the schools 48-25-5.
    A.J. McCarron is now 34-2 as the starting quarterback at Alabama, leaving him just one win shy of Jay Barker's record of 35 wins as the 'Bama starter.
    Since 2009, Alabama has allowed only 80 total touchdowns, by far the best in the nation. LSU is second, allowing 120 touchdowns.
