Missouri scored on its first drive of the game and never looked back, beating Ole Miss 24-10 in Oxford on Saturday night.
Missouri's first drive covered 72 yards in eight plays and ended when Henry Josey scored from four yards out to make it 7-0.
The Tigers would extend the lead to 10-0 in the second quarter, and Mizzou led 17-3 at the break.
Ole Miss got within seven points, at 17-10, early in the fourth quarter, but Missouri answered with another Josey touchdown run, this one of 11 yards, to seal the victory.
Missouri can win the SEC Eastern Division with a win next week against Texas A&M in Columbia.
