    SEC Women's Basketball Players Of The Week

    The Southeastern Conference released its most recent women's basketball honors Monday, recognizing outstanding performances on the court from around the league.

    Player of the Week
    Jasmine Lister • Vanderbilt
    Senior • Guard
     
    • Lister averaged 22.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 7.5 assists while hitting 50.0 percent (14-28) from the floor, including a 8-of-16 effort from the three-point arc, and an 93.3 percent (14-15) clip from the free throw line.
    • Lister notched her sixth career double-double in the win over Auburn, scoring 23 points with 10 rebounds.
    • She scored seven straight points for Vanderbilt during a key stretch in the second half to help Vanderbilt beat Tennessee for the second time in her career. (Vanderbilt also did so during her sophomore season). 
    • She was the leading scorer for the Commodores against Tennessee.

    Freshman of the Week

    • Had a Gamecock freshman record 17 rebounds against Kentucky.
    • Posted her fourth-straight double-double with 10 points and 17 rebounds against UK.
    • Scored 14 of the Gamecocks’ 39 points in the first half at Auburn, hitting 4-of-5 from the field.
    • Has scored in double figures in six straight games, including every SEC contest of her career.
    • Averaged 12.0 points, 11.5 rebounds and 2.5 blocks in two conference games.
    • She went 7-of-14 on the week, including 10-of-17 from the line.
