NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Rod Odom knocked down six 3-pointers as Vanderbilt earned their first win in conference play with a 78-75 victory over Missouri Thursday night in Memorial Gym.
Odom's career-high 24 points led the Commodores (9-6, 1-2 SEC), who also got 22 points from Kyle Fuller.
As a team, Vanderbilt connected on a season-high 12 3-pointers, including going 8 for their first 16 treys in the first half.
Missouri (13-3, 1-2) was led by Jabari Brown's 22 points. Jordan Clarkson added 18 for the Tigers, who fell to 1-2 in league play.
Up next on Saturday, Vandy will travel to Baton Rouge to take on LSU, with ESPNU broadcasting all the action. Missouri will host Alabama with coverage by ESPN2.
