    The Southeastern Conference released its most recent women's basketball players of the week on Monday, recognizing outstanding performances on the court from around the league.

    Player of the Week
    Courtney Walker • Texas A&M
    Sophomore • Guard
     
    • Walker helped the Aggies extend their winning streak to eight consecutive games, by leading Texas A&M in scoring in both of their home wins this week.
    • Walker hit a key shot with 58 seconds remaining in overtime to extend Texas A&M’s lead to four as they would defeat No. 8 South Carolina 67-65, the Aggies’ third straight ranked win.
    • Led the team with 16 points against Mississippi State, in a game the Aggies won to extend their home winning streak to 10 games.
    • Has scored 10+ points in four straight games.
    • Averaged 17.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.0 steals for the week.

    • Jackson posted a career-best 24 points at Georgia only to better it with a career-best 31 in a win over Ole Miss.
    •Hhelped Arkansas rally from a 16-point deficit at Georgia to have a chance to win with a minute to play.
    • Third double-double of her career with 31 points and 10 rebounds against Ole Miss.
    • Career-best 11-for-22 from the floor against Ole Miss.
    • Her 31 points against Ole Miss came in 32 minutes.
    • Hit a key three pointer to tie the game with under five minutes to play after Ole Miss erased a 16-point Razorback lead. 
    • Averaged 27.5 points and 7.0 rebounds per game this week.
