Five SEC Baseball Teams In USA Today Preseason Poll

The USA Today Sports preseason top 25 baseball coaches poll was released Wednesday, and five teams from the Southeastern Conference are in the rankings as the 2014 season draws near.

The SEC boasts three teams in the top 10, led by No. 2 LSU, which finished last year with 57 wins. Mississippi State follows up the Tigers at No. 4 in the poll, while Vanderbilt checks in at No. 8 to round out the top 10.

South Carolina enters the year at No. 14 following a 43-win campaign in 2013, while Florida will start off at No. 20. Four more SEC teams - Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Arkanas and Alabama - also received votes.
